NO

Yes. Every app is free for 30 days, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.

YES

Q4

Do we pay only for the people who use it?

No. The price follows your Jira site's user tier, however many people open the app.

NO

Rates are set per app and shown on each Marketplace listing, for your site's user tier.

§01 · The user tier

The bill counts every user on your site.

That’s an Atlassian Marketplace rule, not ours. Cloud apps are billed on the total licensed users of your Jira site, not the number of people who use the app. Every vendor prices the same way, so per-user rates compare like for like, and your total follows from the Jira tier you already pay for.

Fig. 1 · An illustration, not a price: 12 of 100 people use the app, and it bills at the site’s 100-user tier.

§02 · Every app

One pricing model, all the way down.

Per user, free for 30 days, billed by Atlassian: all 20 apps, sorted by installs. Each listing shows the current rate for your tier.

§03 · Questions

Billing, in plain words.

Through the Atlassian Marketplace. Install any app free for 30 days; if you keep it, Atlassian bills it per user on the invoice your finance team already approves. There's no order form from us.

That's an Atlassian Marketplace rule, not ours. Cloud apps are billed on the total licensed users of your Jira site, not the number of people who use the app. Every Marketplace vendor prices the same way.

Nothing is charged until it does. Keep the app and it's billed per user on your existing Atlassian invoice; uninstall it before then and there's nothing to pay.

The Marketplace listing is the live source, tier by tier, and a number copied here would drift from it. Every row in the table above links straight to it.
