§04 · For the approver

Your security questionnaire, already answered.

Werare’s Forge apps run on Atlassian’s own compute and storage, inside your tenant, under your site’s data residency. For those apps there is no Werare database holding your issues, because we don’t operate one.

§05 · Promises

Why teams pick a small vendor for this.

01

We stay narrow on purpose.

Werare builds for Jira Cloud and nothing else. No Data Center backlog, no Confluence detour. One product surface, one platform.

02

The person who answers your ticket wrote the code.

Support runs through our own Jira Service Management desk, not a first line queue reading a script.

03

We publish the numbers, including the bad ones.

Every rating on this site shows its review count, the 5.0s and the 3.0s, and links to the live listing.

04

Nothing here needs a procurement cycle.

Free for 30 days, priced per user by Atlassian, billed on the Atlassian invoice you already approved.

§06 · Asked and answered

The questions we actually get.

For our Forge apps: nowhere. They run on Atlassian's compute and storage inside your own tenant. Each app page lists exactly what that app stores and whether it talks to anything outside Atlassian.

Through the Atlassian Marketplace. Every app is free for 30 days, priced per user by Atlassian, and billed on the Atlassian invoice your finance team already approves. There's no order form from us.

That's an Atlassian Marketplace rule, not ours. Cloud apps are billed on the total licensed users of your Jira site, not the number of people who use the app.

No. Jira Cloud only. That's a deliberate constraint, not an oversight.

Our Forge apps store data in Atlassian's storage, so uninstalling removes the app cleanly with no external system holding anything. Each app page shows its last release date so you can see what's actively maintained.

Every app is free to try.None of them need a call.

Install from the Atlassian Marketplace, use it on a real project, uninstall it if it isn’t right. No credit card, no order form.
