Project Charter is built on Atlassian Forge, so its compute and app storage run on Atlassian's infrastructure.

It also reaches gravatar.com, wp.com, Web trigger (can egress), which is why it isn't in the Runs on Atlassian program. The security page lists exactly what leaves and why.
