This document explains the privacy policy employed by Werare (Spacre Yazılım Bilişim Teknolojileri Ticaret Limited Şirketi) about customer data and information, effective from 21 July 2021. It covers the operation of Cloud apps for Atlassian products built, maintained and operated by Werare, as well as related services.
“Data” refers to any data related to a customer — including product, settings, license and support data, but not limited to those.

How we access & gather your data
Except for our “Advanced User Manager” app, all of our cloud apps are built on the Atlassian Forge platform. This means we do not store the apps on our own servers — the apps are hosted by Atlassian — and we do not send app data to Werare servers.
Some apps do call specific external services to deliver a feature (for example, avatar image CDNs, a working-days date API, or email-delivery providers). Exactly which external hosts each app can reach, and why, is published in the per-app data table on our Security page — nothing is hidden.
We use Google Analytics to collect web-traffic data about visitors to our website, public documentation portals and cloud services.

How we use your data
We do NOT sell or share your Data with third parties for any marketing purposes. We use your data within our app source code to perform app operations.

Who has access to your data
Even Werare employees are forbidden from privately accessing your data. Only the app code reaches your data to perform app operations. All stored app data is held on Atlassian systems and is in Atlassian custody.

Data location & retention
As stated above, we do not store your app data on our servers. All stored data for the apps is held on Atlassian systems and is in Atlassian custody, following your Jira site's data residency.

Data security
Werare employs reasonable technological, organizational and procedural measures to protect the integrity and security of our apps. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure; while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This policy may change at any time. The updated policy will be published on this page, and a link will be available on our product pages on the Atlassian Marketplace.
